Aaron Talks is currently looking for applicants to fill the vacant Director of Hospitality Position in the group. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire Hospitality Department. This includes but is not limited to, Hospitality Team, Event Planning, Welcoming new group members, etc. This position is ranked number two in terms of importance in the group. The individual will have a lot of influence in decisions made impacting the future of Aaron Talks.

Job Requirements

1. Applicant must be friendly and social.

2. Preferred past experience as a Staff Member in Aaron Talks lasting at least 3 months.

3. Applicant must be organized and flexible.

4. Applicant should have a clear knowledge of games that Aaron Talks has branched onto.

5. Applicant must be willing to fill out team reports bi-monthly.

6. Applicant must have satisfactory communication skills

7. Applicant must be a neutral in the group (doesn't take sides)

​8. Applicant must be willing to meet other Director and position requirements outlined in the bylaws.

2. Send us your past Staff Experience within the group. (Directors need to know the ins and outs of the group, therefore have being a Staff Member in the past is very useful.)

3. Send us a recommendation. This recommendation can come from anyone BESIDES a current Aaron Talks Director. Current Staff Members can give a letter of reccomendation or even someone external who can tell us why you are a prime choice for this job!

4. Send us an example of an event you would plan for the group. This can be anything from a game night on Roblox, to a talent show at ATHQ, you decide, and be detailed.
